If your order had our 7-Day or 30-Day Livestock Protection and a fish died within that time, fill out this form. We'll cover the full price of the fish, up to $1,000 per order, as store credit plus a 5% bonus by default, or a refund. All we need is a photo of the fish.
This form can't take photos, so text or email them to us with your order number. Send at least one photo of the fish on a dry surface like a paper towel or a piece of cardboard. Videos help too.
Keep the fish until we've finished your claim, in case we need another look.
We review claims within 24 to 48 hours.
