Moving Update

Dear customers,

We owe you an update on our move, because the plan has changed since we first announced it in June.

The new facility north of Houston is taking longer than we hoped. Since we're building it ourselves in our spare time, we're now looking at mid-to-late 2027 before it's finished and open. In the meantime, we'll be making a smaller move to get us through until then.

To keep that smaller move manageable, our in-stock livestock will stay limited through the end of this year. We're not closing, and we're still taking orders. Special Orders are open as usual and are the best way to get what you're looking for right now. Most arrive in 10-30 days.

The long-term plan hasn't changed: more space, a bigger freshwater selection, saltwater, a greenhouse for tropical plants and koi, and a shop that's open to the public. It's just going to take a bit longer to get there, and we'd rather tell you that honestly than promise a date we can't hit.
